MEET FERMIN
It is always a good idea to know something about the people you work with so below you will find a short biography on me, and why I am a great choice to help you in your real estate needs.

I was born and raised in Santa Rosa, CA and attended all local schools which has helped me to become very knowledgeable about Santa Rosa and its neighboring cities. After graduating from Santa Rosa High School, I went on to San Diego State University and received a Bachelor’s degree in International Business with an emphasis in Management, Latin America and Spanish.

After graduating I returned back home to Santa Rosa and worked for Hruby Mechanical which engineered and installed wine tanks, refrigeration systems, wine lines and offered many other services for food and beverage companies. This position allowed me to travel to local wineries in Sonoma and Napa County experiencing and helping in the wine process and seeing many of these beautiful wineries that our region is so famous for.

Sonoma County is a beautiful place and encourages everyone to consider it home. Not only is it a great place to live, it also has great schools, friendly people and good restaurants. So, whether you are longtime resident or moving here from out of town, my goal is to make your buying or selling process an enjoyable experience. I definitely bring a lot of energy to the table which allows me to make your Real Estate transaction fun. The selling or buying of Real Estate is a very important matter in everyone's life which is why I take pride in providing exceptional customer service to my clients. I will listen to your needs and desires, and find your home whether it be an investment or your dream home. In addition, I am equipped with sophisticated marketing tools that consist of offline and online programs which will give you the edge you need to sell your home and receive top dollar in our current market.

MEET ALEJANDRO
Alejandro believes that your home is your sanctuary and should be treated as such. Whether you’re buying your first home, seeking an investment property, or looking for a retirement residence, your experience should be fun, smooth, and simple. As a family man himself, he understands your home is a place to make long lasting memories.

While attending California State University of Northridge and playing soccer at a Division 1 level, being part of a great sports program and academics not only taught Alejandro how important teamwork is, but also taught him how to balance a busy schedule. He then made the decision to come back to beautiful Wine country and learn about the beautiful art of winemaking. After interning at several wineries and graduating from Sonoma State, Alejandro was given the opportunity to work at one of the most visited wineries in Sonoma County as a Wine Consultant.

All of these moments have made Alejandro realize his true calling in life, which is to consult families and individuals to find their dream home. He can’t wait to help you with your buying or selling needs and looks forward to meeting you and earning your business.

MEET JUAN
Juan is a Sonoma County Native. He attended Santa Rosa Junior College where he got his Associates Degree in Business. Over the last 5 years Juan has worked in the furniture industry where he helped guide his customers to find the right furniture and coordinate all steps ensuring his customers were happy with their decision.

Juan’s passion for Real Estate comes from helping others and his love for Northern California. Juan’s strong relationship, and communication skills make him an excellent resource and Real Estate advisor for all his clients. He strives to add value to all his clients and make every Real Estate transaction as smooth and stress free as possible.

When Juan is not helping clients, he enjoys Mountain Biking, Hiking, Snowboarding, being on the beautiful lakes in Northern California, and enjoying everything Sonoma County has to offer.
